**End User License Agreement (EULA)**
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and STI Solfacto ( Solutions technologiques et innovations Solfacto inc.) ("Company") for the use of MedzTrack ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
**1. Use of the App:**
1.1 The App is designed to provide assistance and support and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice. The Company does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided by the App.
1.2 The User acknowledges that the Company, its affiliates, and its licensors cannot be held responsible for any actions taken based on the information provided by the App.
**2. Limitation of Liability:**
2.1 The User agrees that neither the Company nor its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the App.
**3. Ownership and Intellectual Property:**
3.1 The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 The User agrees not to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without the prior written consent of the Company.
**4. Termination:**
4.1 This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. The User may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the App and destroying all copies of the App in their possession.
4.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the User breaches any of the terms and conditions contained herein.
**5. Governing Law:**
5.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
**6. Miscellaneous:**
6.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
6.2 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By installing or using the App, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
